Eucalyptus, Lemongrass, Lavender
I have a 6 year old pup who, if he does not get a 2 mile walk, will probably eat a roll of toilet paper. So, we walk a lot. Needless to say, good walking shoes is not enough to help my feet. I LOVE these soaks. It soothes the aches and pains, and smells amazing. Ah-mah-zing. (Am I talking about the lavender? The lemongrass? Eucalyptus? When all three smell this good, you don’t need to be specific!)
Also, I love that I can travel with this! You can even use it for a bath!
I didn't run a marathon, but I did walk 26,000 steps on asphalt and concrete at a theme park. The next day my feet were so tired and achy I could barely walk. I soaked them for 30 minutes in the lemongrass soak and they felt 100% better. I could walk without pain and get on with my day. Thanks Rest Day!
